I thought I’d give a sneak peek of my projects for the Uncommon Threads show. I was in one episode, on entertaining/parties, with Kim and Cecily. I demonstrated one project and briefly showed another project in the last, related-things-you-can-make segment of the show.

Hi, stumbled on your page while looking for instructions for that dratted trinity stitch.
1) most booklets really aren’t well-written when it comes to basic questions
2) maybe that’s because I’m a lefty…
It doesn’t seem as hard to make patterns work for me when I knit!
3) I came up with a cool variation of the trinity stitch which produces a small near-bobble- instead of drawing up a loop following the next ch 1 from the same stitch that you drew up the last loop from in the previous stitch (did that make sense?) take the hook and, after chaining 1, stick it back through the stitch you just chained and draw up the loop from there. Then draw up the next two like you’re supposed to, YO, pull through the 4, repeat. Like I said, cool bobble pattern- but not what the picture looks like :)

I like what I see so far. I love the color of the first project, and the beads are neat on both.
