We took a last-minute trip to the Big City this weekend. Our primary goals were wine shopping and visiting family, but I snuck in a little yarn shopping as well. But the icing on the cake? Lunch at what used to be a little place that is now enormously popular, and deservedly so.

Happy Valentine’s! I wanted to thank you for the “Unraveling Sweaters for Yarn” tutorial on your site! Awesome. I used it this past weekend as a ripped out a mohair sweater from a secondhand shop. I now have some pretty, deep-blue charcoal-ish mohair in my stash – and all without making much of a dent in the bank account! Thanks!

Hi Donna! Happy Valentines Day!!! The tea container and teas look pretty impressive. Check out the additional TV tag questions at Ka’ Knits… I was tagged by Agnes from Knitting in the Valley. I just finished a drawstring bag (crochet of course!) Love your blog btw.

Hi, Donna!
First, Happy St. Valentine’s Day to you and yours!
Second… can you PLEASE email me, this is in regards to someone who’s got a I heart wool on their site, whom I’m not sure ‘should’… they applied to one of my webrings, and I could find absolutely NO yarn, thread, crochet, knit content whatsoever.
TIA,
Noreen
